About Mailbox Journey

Mailbox Journey came to me while I was on vacation in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina back in July 2011. I was stuck in the shade, instead of the sand & surf, because my face was swollen, thanks to a food allergy (yay, Octopus!) or severe sunburn. I was reading a bunch of my favorite blogs, when I decided then and there to start a blog. I always loved home design (I was an HGTV addict & almost became a real estate agent) plus, I have a passion for web/graphic design. So, I stuck those loves and passions together, and the blog journey began on August 15, 2011.
