Happy New Year!

I just wanted to drop in quick & wish you all a Happy New Year – May it be everything you’ve been waiting for!
I’m taking the blogging day off to spend time with Travis, since we both have off of work. We will be recovering from
last night and shoving our faces with pork and sauerkraut, yum! (New Years’ Good Luck Tradition).

I’m new to this pork and sourkraut thing… but everyone is talking about it so I guess I should try, eh?

You basically take mashed potatoes, and then put sauerkraut and pork onto of it. It’s delicious.

Happy New Year! We don’t do sauerkraut, my wife’s family does black-eyed peas.

    Happy New Year!

Hope your pork and Sauerkraut was delish! Ours was! It seems like the pork and sauerkraut tradition might be spreading! I bought our stuff to make it in FL and the cashier said that this year a whole bunch of people had bought it down there! Interesting.
