New Layout!
As you might have noticed, I’m rocking a new layout. It is sort of the same though. I just switched the sidebar and the blog posts, changed some colors & brought the header down. The header right now is a filler, but eventually it will be a picture of our house, but it does not exist yet.
With this new layout, I bring a promise: I will not change the layout for one whole year, with the exception of the header picture & adding things to the sidebar. #IHaveLayoutADD
EDIT: 9/26/2012 – Travis made me change it. (Manager Travis.. I guess) It does look better now. He knows best :P

Not sure if others experience this but each time you update the layout, the window gets bigger and bigger. It’s so big now I have to scroll over to the right to see your post.

Uh oh – girl I am worthless in the tech department! No idea what resolution I use :( It’s probably a work computer thing though…says “Some of your settings are managed by your administrator.” Don’t they know I’m trying read Mailbox Journey?? Sheesh! ;)

I like the new layout! I’m not used to seeing the sidebar on the left, so it’s a welcome change.
I did something today to try out a new layout and it made my dashboard crash and I don’t know how to fix it. Yikes!

you must have an error in your coding. download FileZilla so you can access your files and try to find the error.

Good work! You’re a theme wizard. I like the look. What program do you code in? I’m almost done a CSS/HTML book. Going to try to design our own WP theme. Probably won’t get to it until Christmas time though. Keep it up!

I code in my wordpress dashboard (wordpress.org), in the editor. When I do a new theme, I copy my old theme using FileZilla, rename it, and then upload it within my dashboard. Then I can work on it, on the side, without activating it.
