25 DIY Crafts for Wine Corks

I’ve been sick since Monday morning, so I’ve spend the last few days on the couch, wrapped up in a blanket, taking swigs of NyQuil and watching HGTV. But, I’m finally back at work today and since I haven’t done anything crafty lately and I’ve been anxiously awaiting the wine tour to start up again in November, I decided to present you with…

… or what I like to call, 25 excuses to drink more wine. :)
Enjoy!

After putting this all together, I need a nap & a glass of wine, but I’m not sure how well that would mix with Robitussin. Hope everyone is having a great week! I’m going to try and catch up on my blog reading today since I’ve been a bit MIA.

Wow! That backsplash and chandelier are really unique. I never knew there was so much you could do with corks.

I LOVE all these unique ideas!! We are currently saving our corks but I don’t have anywhere near enough to make something like that corkboard. I love the little garden tags too!

I love the wreaths and candles! I’ve definitely been saving up corks for these for awhile, too bad the cheap wine have those plastic corks or screw tops ;)

Most of my wine corks are wax corks. It’s so hard to find actual corks and I always get my wine at actual wineries – Cheap-o’s!

I NEED TO MAKE A WINE CORK CHANDELIER IMMEDIATELY!

Haha thanks for all the great ideas. I have a million wine corks that we have been saving for a project.

I never saw a wine cork chandelier until this morning, it’s amazing! I’ve been wanting to make a wreath, but I only have about 40+ corks, I need way more than that! Can’t wait to see what kind of project you tackle.

Great post!! We officially need to start saving wine corks… and drinking something other than beer.

I have all of my family & friends save me their wine corks, so I have a small collection of them – but we do need to stop drinking so much beer too. :-X

Yes, love this! Even after making a corkboard I’m still hoarding corks. Now what to do with them *first*..

I have yet to make anything with my corks, I’m trying to save enough for a wreath! :)

I’ve always loved the cork filled vases on Chelsea’s blog – I’m glad they made your list :)

I think the big chunky wreath is my favorite. But then, I’m a sucker for wreaths.

Too bad we don’t drink wine, so not only do we have zero wine corks, but it would be weird to have stuff around made from corks ;) lol

I never use to drink wine either, until I got free wine trail tickets from work, and I’ve been hooked ever since!

It’s amazing what people some up with. I love all of those things! I just love the look of wine corks! I wish I loved wine as much (or at all). But I think you can buy wine corks, am I right?

It must have taken you forever to compile all those inspirations.

    Good job Melanie :)
