Weekend Wrap-Up #15

I don’t really have many pictures from this weekend since I completely forgot to charge my camera, but I do have some pictures that I pulled off of Instagram to show you from our Saturday. Which we spent at my Aunt & Uncle’s house for my cousins graduation party – Congratulations Kyle & Katie for graduating high school! That’s pretty much all we did over the weekend since Travis’ woke up sick on Sunday. BTW, before you look at the first picture, I’m sorry if you’re hungry at the moment, because the next picture even makes me drool!

    Thankfully I just had lunch haha.
    I had a busy weekend! Dinner, drinks and dancing with some friends on Friday (and they gave us our first wedding gift, which was awesome), then other friends’ wedding on Saturday, and a barbecue with the family yesterday. And today I’m exhausted!

    Love the photos! My weekend was crazy. A trip to Indiana, a trip to Lexington and another trip to Indiana. Exhausted!

    Yuck! Being sick during the summertime is the worst. Travis still wasn’t feeling that great this morning either. Hope you feel better!

    We just bummed around the house this weekend and went out to dinner a few times. It was nice to recharge for a bit!

    Looks like a great relaxing weekend with family!! My weekend was exhausting and I’m starting to get super nervous for the wedding – hoping that subsides soon!

    I think it’s pretty normal to be nervous for the wedding! But everything will be fine, just remember the day is all about marrying the man you love. :)

    Are you guys going on a honeymoon after the wedding? I hope so, you could use a nice relaxing vacation after all of this DIY wedding stuff!

    We don’t have a honeymoon planned but we both have the week off after the wedding to just bum around home and relax. Planning to do a few day trips to beaches and things with our dog too. Just spend some fun time together : ) Well after Monday anyways- my little brother is flying home from British Columbia (he moved there last year in August) for the wedding and he leaves on Tuesday morning so Monday is my day with him since I’ll likely be preoccupied and busy until the wedding is over.

    A staycation sounds great actually! Plenty of time to relax and be stress free. Is the beach close by where you live?

    Yes- I’m looking forward to that down time after the wedding!! Although knowing me I’ll have started cleaning and decluttering the house and start on all the home projects that were put on hold because of the wedding lol. I’ll try to put that off for a few days though!

    Yes- we have beaches close by- within about 30 minutes or so are the closest ones. They are lake beaches though (the Great Lakes) not oceans.

    Looks like you had a way fun weekend! That food picture made me hungry…Way to go. hahah
    But it was beautiful in upstate NY – oh man I went to a cardboard boat regatta (if you’ve never been to one, it’s so much fun), spontaneously rode on not one but two of the boats (neither sank, which is a miracle), and spent the day at Seneca Lake!

    Our weekend was good… lots of errands followed by lots of laziness! Although I finished my best friend’s bridal shower invitations so at least I accomplished something haha.
