Coco Overload
Tomorrow is Coco’s 7th birthday, so I thought I’d properly introduce her on this blog. Since usually, she’s just photo bombing her way into most of my pictures. So, get ready for cat pictures overload, which is probably a-okay on the internet, since the interwebz love cats.

Coco LaRue was born on April 28, 2005 at one of my high school friend’s house. I actually held her when she was just a few days old and decided that I wanted her. At the time I was only 15, I believe, so of course I had to get my parents permission to have a pet in the house. My parents said no, but I ended up having my friend drop her off anyways, when she was almost a month old. As soon as my mom saw her, she said I could keep her. Plan worked like a charm. ;)
Coco has been absolutely crazy since the beginning. A little hyper ball of fluff.

Her entire body is striped, but her belly is spotted.
She loves to roll around on her back, she knows she gets attention this way.
It’s just too cute to ignore.

Coco started coming along camping when she was still a kitten.
She absolutely loved being in the truck and hanging off of the seats.
She’s been all over Pennsylvania, and even went to Tennessee.

She is a pro at sleeping and it’s just about the cutest thing I’ve ever seen.

She has two “cousins” named Peanut and Trooper who are my sister’s long haired chihuahua’s.
Coco and Peanut practically grew up together. Heck, Coco was even his dentist once.

They loved to hang out together, they even struck the same poses.

Her eyes always get HUGE when she seems something.
Sometimes they get larger than the size of a quarter.

We love to tease her when she sleeps, like sticking feathers in her fur.

She loves sitting on Travis’ lap when we go on our car trips,
even though it makes her fur fly around in the air, which Travis is allergic to.

Feathers are her heroine.

She was my first test subject when I bought my Nikon D5000.
In fact, this was the very first picture I took with it.

She is always sleepy and always yawning.
Being a cat is an exhausting job apparently.

She is usually never interested in fish, or our gerbils.
But on this rare occasion she was loving the live fish.

Coco getting ready for a nap? Crazytown. Ha!

She loved to lay on my old Ouija board as well, so weird.

I find it funny when I put baskets on her head.

Why yes, she does have a snaggle tooth.

She absolutely loves her daddy. Two peas in a pod, those two.

How can you not love that little ball of fluff!?

Christmas is probably her favorite time of the year.
She loves jumping into mountains of wrapping paper.

Dad is always picking on her.

I love this picture, I have no idea why her ears are like that.
This is the only time I’ve ever seen them like that.

Happy Birthday to my favorite fluffy kitty!
Life wouldn’t be the same without you! ♥
Hopefully you don’t get too mad when we bring a puppy into the picture :P

I’m not a “cat person” but that is one beautiful cat! I love her tummy and her eyes and the fact she goes camping with you!

aww this is adorable!
Happy Birthday, Coco!
The pictures of her as a kitten are so cute. Bob terrorizes Eve, too, yet she loves him to pieces. Must be a cat-guy thing ;)

I’m an “animal” person. I like them all. I’d love to get a dog, but their not allowed in any of the apartments I’ve lived in. We are planning on getting two puppies when we finally buy a house. :)

Those photos are so precious. You’ve really captured Coco’s in-the-moment cuteness. The ones with the dog, and the ones with the mouth open….too friggin cute. Love.
